Professional Coaching and Mentoring
I work with Leadership and their teams to develop effective communications, create strategies, and establish a collaborative culture producing successful and satisfying outcomes. With 25 years in business, and specialty experience in the Insurance, Technology, Business Consulting, and Healthcare industries working "on the ground," I am able to share my experiences as an innovative leader to produce extraordinary results.

I have a unique understanding of the distinctions men and women bring to the workplace. We work and respond differently to different circumstances and to different words. Coaching clients with this important information can bring much more satisfying communications, partnerships and agreements in their business and personal lives.
Leadership is about personal development. I believe "we are all great" and that there is a leader within each of us, whether entry-level employee or a member of the C-Suite. Greatness is accessible whether one simply wants to live a more satisfying and balanced life or lead a multi-million dollar organization/project. My approach is engaging and comfortable, yet requires commitment, effort, and accountability (and bit of humor) in setting about our work.

A set of tools will assist in creating a deeper learning experience. We create strategies for the next level of performance, communication and satisfaction. I have a special affinity for helping women and men in the workplace manage the conflicting pressures of work and home life. The process is simple, not easy mind you, but simple.
